Will scratching the brass while delinking affect the safety of the round? I know to toss dented rounds, but some take some force and scratch the brass. Figured some of you reload era may know

No, the scratches from the links will buff away during cleaning.

The major dents and neck dents I've removed. Guess I'll toss the 5 or 6 small body debts back in the shooter pile

Dents are no big deal.  Dents will be gone when you fire the round.

I have shot dented rounds and even rounds with small cracks in the neck with  no issues, no reason to toss dented rounds unless say it is bent in half
