Looks like AIM is about to drop some more Swiss rifles and Simpson has just dropped quite a few including some with matching bayos.
Bet a lot just got imported... |
| Simpson is by far the best place to buy a Swiss rifle. You can choose the exact rifle (serial number, and thus year), can see it from all angles, and you get a description of the rifle as well. It's handpicking it yourself without paying a fee for someone you don't know picking off a random pile for you. Shipping is fast and they are pleasant to deal with. I've purchased several from them over the years and have never been disappointed. |

I have to pay tax being local, so that's always ruined it for me from Simpsons, but if I didn't I'd gladly purchase from them without going in for the lottery elsewhere. I only have one K31, with all the accessories and a numbers matching bayonet. The only bummer is the Swiss stamp on top of the receiver is rather worn, almost like a reblue. Almost jumped on the unissueds Samco had, but was a lot of coin when I didn't have it at the time. AIM, while a good vendor, I've gotten some good some bad out of their milsurps, the same as everywhere else when purchasing sight unseen. |

Got mine today. The rife will likely be a great shooter. My brother who is good at it will likely be able to steam most of the stock out.
The bore is VERY frosty. Rifling is strong , but not happy overall. Worst Rife I ever got from Aim though it will likely out shoot most modern commercial rifles on my shelf. |
