Well I finally went and shot the K31. Unsupported with open sights it groups about 3 inches which is pretty good with my eyes and the fact that I don't get to shoot much.
I figure I will scope it and am looking at the Swiss Rifles K31 clamp on mount haven't decided on aluminum or steel. For rings I am thinking about the Millet Angle Loc windage adjustable rings. Haven't decided on a scope yet.

Anybody have any advice here?

OK, frequent discussion on this. First, Swiss Products aluminum is the way to go, or accumounts aluminum. Then rings- most people use Warne #2's. But, not exclusively. Fixed 4's or 6's are popular. Some use vintage K4's or K6's.
Swissrifle's or gunboards provide a wealth of info.

An alternative is the Rocksolid mount.

Aluminum is the way to go, most dealers who stock the scope mounts stopped carrying the steel due to it being heavier and not nearly as popular in the K31 crowd.

I went with a Weaver K4, alum mount, and Burris signature 22 rings. I've been happy so far.
