Does anyone else find that the mag catch button requires you to apply a lot of force to get the magazine to release? Any fixes for this? |

Mine does not seem to be particularly excessive in its requirements... And FWIW, it is better in my opinion to require some pressure to drop the mag than it is to have it be lax enough that the mag might get dropped inadvertently... I'd hate to mess with the spring and go too far the other way unless you had a spare spring to fall back on. |

I cut a coil or two from the spring on both of my pistols, de-burred all the parts, added a touch of grease, and can now drop the mags with one finger instead of two thumbs! ![]() And they work from both directions now like they are supposed to. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v82/Highpwr/Curio%20and%20Relic/th_PB020030.jpg Where did you get those grips? |

Dennis Marschalko (Budapest, Hungary) http://www.marschalgrips.com/?content=CZ-models He cuts all of his grips on a CNC machine, so the fit is outstanding. ![]() |

Also you may find that the existing grip screw and esuchion are too short to use on his grips, ask me how I know this.. If you order grips from him be prepared for a 3 month+ wait. i suggest you go with a standard grip style.

I have not tried any of the really "exotic" designs so I cannot comment on those. I have had to do a couple of minor tweaks to get mine to fit "perfectly" by doing some minor trimming in spots, but nothing extreme. Each gun was slightly different. I did have to cut one screw hole slightly deeper in one panel to get the screw to fit. Again, not a huge deal. I bought my grips several years ago, and they were delivered in a weeks time! But as he gets more and more well known, the shipping times and prices both go up. The same is true in any small (two man) operation though. Still, well worth the wait IMO. |
