[ARCHIVED THREAD] - C&R Form

Does anyone have an updated form in pdf or word? My friend is trying to apply and the ATF has backordered his request for the paperwork. The only other form we found had the wrong address on it. The post office returned it.

Have you called your local office?

Try calling the Ombudsman. I can't find the number right now. ATF office should have it.

thats a 1997 edition. I have seen several editions more recent. probably a good idea to call or wait.
