I got this from AIM earlier this week Pretty much the same as most I've seen posted here, some minor finish wear, on the front of the slide. Grips in very good shape and as usual, the internals looked they've seen little use.The bore was bright and shiny, The mags also showed little use. The mag release like others here have stated works great on the right side, not so great on the left, I need to use my thumb to release the mag when pushing on the left side. The holster was used, and the stiching on the bottom is starting to unravel, the lanyard I received is a total POS just a legnth of green cord, no snap or anything on it.. Trigger pull in either mode was'nt too bad, usable, not as good as my EG Mak, But I felt I could work with it. Ammo used was Wolf 9mm Mak loaded with 109gr bullets,(I had these laying around for about 4-5yrs) I've read where some people have had some trouble with these, so i also bought some CCI 9mm Mak, Loaded with 95gr bullets as a back up. Once at the range, I loaded one mag up with the Wolf and the other up with the CCI both mags took all 12 rounds, no problem. Targets used were Diet Coke cans thrown out by myself. First shot and the coke can went flying, By the end of the mag the can was gone,(in a ditch where I could'nt shoot at it)at about 20yds to my left While I did'nt hit it everytime I did'nt miss my much either, these things can shoot!! And no problems with the Wolf!! The CCI's shot better, a little less recoil, and again NO problems. I shot 2 boxes of the Wolf and the CCI(200rnds total) no failures of any kind, it just ran and ran, very reliable, shot to point of aim, The sights need no adjustment they're fine as is. The cans I used were mangled when I was done. I will admit the Wolf ammo was loaded a little hotter than the CCI loads and the web of my hand knew it. This definitly a pistol that one could shoot sparingly, (bring another pistol with you and give your hand a break) I am quite impressed with this pistol, well worth the money spent. |
