I've been trying to order some CZ-52s lately but I want to make sure I get decent ones. I called up Centerfire Systems because they have been sending me flyers. It has been almost two weeks and they have none in stock. I called twice (including today) to find out where my CZ-52s were. I never got a conclusive answer so I cancelled my order. Now my choices are AIM or J&G Sales unless anyone else knows of other places. J&G didn't have my FFL on file so I faxed it to them and they told me to call back Monday. AIM does have my FFL on file and I have done business with them several times before. Where do y'all suggest I get them from? If you have got one from J&G or AIM, please share with me the condition of what you received. |

Here's a couple of places that seem to rank high in customer satisfaction: family firearms and finishes from the surplusrifle forum Family Firearms and Finishes is selling for slightly higher, but have an original CZ52 Czech Republic box that they are saying are kind of rare. classic arms has some |
| AIMsurplus has them in stock and I have bought 3 now. All were in exellent condition and the bores looked great. |
Wow, his are nice! I'm going to order from him! |
Can an average joe order from Century w/o their C&R? (FYI I requested the application tonight) Cheers. |
You can't order a firearm through the mail without an FFL. GCA of 1968 prevents that. |

I ordered from Classic Arms. Centerfire Systems shouldn't make a habit of advertising a product that they do not have in stock, and if they don't have a definite date of shipment, they shouldn't be lying to customers. When I first ordered from them, they waited until the end of the conversation to tell me that they'd ship when they received their shipment of pistols. I asked when that'd be, and they told me it'd be at the end of last week. Monday I called, and they still didn't have any and said that it'd be the end of this week. Yesterday I called, and they said that they still didn't have any, and they would "maybe" have some at the end of next week. Tired of the runaround, I called Classic Arms and I should have my pistols in hand by Monday. Amazing how capitalism works. |
