Do they contact you prior to issuing the C&R license? They recieved my money order on the 11th of August, and I haven't heard anything yet. Can't wait for an envelope to show up!

Nope, just shows up in the mail one day. Actually, I got the rules book in the mail prior to getting the license a couple of days later so I guess that kinda counts as a warning.

Guess it depends on the state...
I've heard turnarounds as fast as 12 days.
Personally I'm on day 16. Waiting patiently and checking the mailbox everyday with excitement.
