Anyone know of an on line serial number list for the MAS 36? I have one in the FG87000 range, which I think is on of the later ones. Certainly post war. I know the date is supposed to be stamped on the barrel but so far those odd French barrel band screws have defeated my efforts (those who have one know of what I speak). Goofy looking rifles yes, but the sheer weirdness of them appeals to me. |
