If anyone cares, I shot these groups today, prone sandbagged with Federal Gold Medal 168 grain BTHP's.

Not bad at all. I'm still tweeking a handload using 150gr FMJBT Winchesters and have gotten about 3.5". That may be as good as I can do with my old eyes and irons. I'm going to try again at 50' to try and eliminate as much shooter error as I can and ee what kind of groups I can get. I'm getting ready to score some pulled bullets so I'll have to start again anyway. |
