I’m in the process of moving to a new state and inadvertently packed my C&R books. I’m assuming I must mail the Feds my new address, but is there anything else I need to do prior to moving? I couldn't find any useful information on the ATF website.

You need to file a change of address form with the BATFE.

Is there such a thing as a Change Of Address Form or is it an Ammended license ? The reason I'm asking is because my community voted to incorporate and I'm going to face that same issue .

IIRC it was the amended license form, you also have to send in the ~~certifacate~~ certificate of citizenship form.
