I have seen and copied the list of vendors from the tacked thread. The question is what do you send with a signed copy of your license? A letter or just send the copy?

I used a form letter this time.

The first two times I just wrote on a yellow sticky and and stuck it to the license copy.

GrayWolf, I take it you mean a sample form letter?

From the Cruffler website:

Edit: If you are asking if anybody has saved a copy of their 03 FFL license, the answer is YES. Do not sign the original! Only send copies that are signed with blue ink. For more information, please read the information Cruffler.com and SurplusRifle.com webpages to which I have linked.

No I have not signed the original. I made 60 some odd copies and went to work on them yesterday. I have two uncut and unsigned sheets for the possibility that I need more copies.
