When I printed out the CMP forms it printed out a "Proof of Familiarity" form. I have a C&R licence and also belong to a CMP affiliated club so I'm guessing I don't have to submit this form with my application, is that right? I'm planning to enclose a copy of my C&R and my club I.D. with the application. |
Yup, you're correct in that assumption. C&R and club affiliation is what I sent in. |
