A friend of mine is looking for a replacement sportorized stock for a German Mauser. He wants wood, not synthetic. I did a Google search and found many sites. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions? Thanks |
| Boyds makes some decent inexpensive stocks, Midway sells Fajen laminate stocks rather cheaply. Richard's Micro fit stocks aren't bad as well, though I have heard some complaints about them from time to time. I've used Elk Ridge a few times with complete satisfaction. I've also used Harry Lawson for high end stocks. Hope this helps, The Dr. |
