22 lr, 22 mag.

can these be kept loaded for long term storage?

i'm thinking for a couple of years time frame.

I know they employ a different spring system than box magazines, so any advice is welcome.

thanks.

I have never had an issue. I left one loaded for four or five years.

I've had one loaded for a few years in my dresser drawer and shot it with no problems.
Only issue I've had with those mags is with golden bullets.

I've never had any issue leaving them loaded, but shooting suppressed eventually cruds them up and they'll stick, then you gotta tear em apart and clean em out.

I've kept them loaded for years with no issues. Only issue I have ever had with them is when they get fouled. Tear them part and clean them and they are good for another few thousand rounds.
