Anyone have experience with one? I'm looking for a suppressor host.

Interested too. A local shop had one marked down to $269 and I picked it up and played with it multiple times while I was there. Had to leave before it came with me

I liked mine well enough you can get a thread adapter from www.gsgpro.com

I have one. For shooting, I prefer my 10/22's. But if you have a SCAR, the ISSC is a nice plinker with a lot of commonality in controls and handling.

How are they built?  Clamshell nonsense or decently assembled?

Mmmmmmm, I'd stay away.  The internet is full of good/bad/ugly and fixes about these rifles.  Anschutz has a close copy, but lacks the gas block (fake anyway) and has some Anschutz mandated changes.  The biggest change has to do with a buffer spring on the back plate of the bolt stop.

On my Annie, the trigger is long and mushy, but very, very smooth.  It's very accurate with CCI Tactical (lol!  really!) and RWS Rifle Match.  I have a Weaver Kaspa Tactical scope on it- makes it a bit top heavy, but balance fore and aft is good.  The stock sights suck; I'd really have no problem throwing down for a set of Troys or at least the metal Magpul's.

Takedown and cleaning?  Doable, but a PITA as I'm worried about the pins that separate the upper and lower halves.  I think I'll just wire brush the bolt face, extractor and such, and boresnake the barrel.  After a lot of shooting, the muzzle shows an almost perfect soot star.  Magazines are Anschutz proprietary, and almost impossible to find the 10 rd mags.  The other ones are WAY to long, and impossible to bench properly. The mags are very, very close to the more popular ISSC, but are shaped a bit different on the backstrap or back edge of the mag.  The feed lips seem to be the same though.  I don't think any part of the bolt touches it during cycling.

Mine runs fine on everything- CCI SV, Mini-Mags, AutoMatch, Fed 510 (blue box generic HV) Aguila Red, Remmy GB's...  but I have not done any tactical mag-dumps.

The grip is not changeable and the barrel is not threaded, but the newer production run supposedly is.  It's my #1 choice for a suppressor host right now.

$349.00 for plain barrel, +$20 for threaded barrel with muzzle brake at CDNN sports.  My older model came with a nice plastic full sized case, a little chamber cleaning brush and some other crap.  My biggest impression of quality?  The foam in the carrying case was actually glued in!
