I just can't pass up a good deal on a 22 rifle.
A while back I stopped off at a local gun shop to have a look around. Sitting on the rack was a sweet little Winchester Mod. 77 auto. The magazine was in the rifle and the triggerguard was not cracked. It was marked $120 .
The Winchester Mod. 77 was introduced in 1955 Both tubular magazine and detachable clip versions were offered under the same model number designation. Production ended in 1963. more then 217,000 were manufactured.
I have seen some really nice ones sell from $250 to $350. I have never found one for under $150
In the last 20 years I have only put my hands on 4 or 5 of them. Most of the time the detachable magazine is missing or the trigger guard is cracked.

Funny, I was on Gunbroker today looking at 22 rifles, and saw a few of these for sale. Looked neat. How does she shoot?
