Putting together a nice lightweight 10/22.
All kidd parts with kidd ultra lightweight barrel. I don't hunt. Mostly bench /offhand shooting at paper. What scope do you guys recommend for a "lightweight" build? Price range up to 300$ |

weaver or Vortex. vortex prolly has best CS 2-7x or 3-9x. $150 http://www.opticsplanet.com/weaver-rifle-scopes-rimfire-rv7.html |

Quoted:
VX-1 2-7X28mm Rimfire <a href="http://s1250.photobucket.com/user/jonplumb/media/95113c42-0079-4b4a-a1bb-2d63dda0e568_zps959e8114.jpg.html" target="_blank">http://i1250.photobucket.com/albums/hh531/jonplumb/95113c42-0079-4b4a-a1bb-2d63dda0e568_zps959e8114.jpg</a> I think i really like that. |
| I've got several Mueller APV scopes on various .22's that work great. For the money, they are extremely hard to beat. I also have several old Simmons White Tail scopes on various 10/22's. If you shop around a little, they can be had pretty cheap and work great. You might have seen some pics of them in the rimfire thread on KAC. |

I bought a apt for my other 10/22 because you recommended it. It is nice. I really think i want to keep this lite as possible. But then again i want to see how accurate this build is past 100 yards. |

I can testify that that Weaver is a very nice scope for a .22 rimfire, and the price is reasonable- around 150 bucks IIRC... |
