| A good rule of thumb when selling a used rifle, first take the scope and bipod off of it and sell them seperate, if you leave them on you usally end up giving them away in the sell. A good starting point, if you bought the rifle new figure about 75% of what you paid for it, any add ons like the stock and barrel figure in about 50% of their cost then add them all together. Take the total and add a little to it so you have a little wiggle room for offers. Add on acessories like scopes and bipods it depends on the quality, the better quality ones will usally bring about 75% of the new cost and the cheaper lower quality ones usally run about 50% of the new cost. All depending on condition of course! |
