a paracord sling might be handy on a hunting rifle to have the cordage with you, but i haven't seen one that's adjustable for use as a shooting sling, it's just a nice carry strap.
i prefer the M1907 type sling so you can adjust it to assist your shooting stability., or the canvas sling they sell in the Appleseed store. if you've got a way to make an adjustable paracord sling i'd like to see that. the Mueller APV is a nice scope |

I have an adjustable para-cord sling, but it's a dedicated single point. Hk_usp_40 makes them and sells them in the Equipment Exchange. I love mine and for $50 I think it's nicer than the one I use for work that cost almost $100.... There are a few reasons why I won't use the para-cord sling for entry work, but none of them would apply to hunting or woods carry. I'll probably be getting a second one (two-point configuration) to use with a few different non-work guns.

Looking very nice.
I have recently been won over by the PFI Rapid Reticle scopes... If you aren't aware, these are the scopes designed by John Pride and Mickey Fowler... I went to a range event and could not believe how well these things work....Pricey, but worth every penny IMHO.... You can probably find them cheaper if you look around the net... I sighted in at 50 yards on a shoot and see, then shot dead center at 100, and then proceeded to break 4 out of 5 clay birds at 200 yards using CCI mini-mags with a stock trigger, Tactical Solutions barrel, and AATS1022 stock.... Flat out amazing... http://www.rapidreticle.com/Main/ScopeItem.aspx?ID=5&grpID=5 |
