Input on good brands of parts to optimize said rifle. I already have optics on the way. Also, would a new sear and trigger be better than just a trigger?

For practical purposes, the sear IS the trigger.

Barrel, sear, bedding, floating, that's about all, though many factory barrels shoot fine.

I'm partial to Clark's Lothar Walther based barrels.

For optimum results buy a match grade trigger and sear from Brownell's: Lots of choices.
