I recently purchased an AWESOME TO ME (A2M) version of this rifle and took it out shooting.  I cleaned ot REALLY well before hand and when I was at the range I had two problems. One was it jammed open and I couldn't get the bolt out at all.  Figured that one out.

Second problem was it wouldn't cycle everytime.  I'd shoot a round, it would load the next one and one of two things would happen.

    1. It would jam the bullet towards the 11:00 position and chew the face of the bullet pretty good

    2. It would load fine but wouldn't reset the firing pin every time.  I could pull the trigger and see the charging handle move when I'm pulling the trigger but nothign would happen.  I tried chambering another round and it sometimes worked, sometimes didnt.

Any idea what's causing these problems?  I took the bolt apart pretty well (not completly) watching a video on youtube.
There is also some resistance when I'm putting the feed tube into the gun.  It goes in fine about 1/3 of the way, hits a spot that feels like it might be gunked up, then goes smooth.  Haven't tried removing that or cleaning it since I can deal with it.  Would rather get this gun feeding properly.

Did you thoroughly clean the bolt & receiver??  They are a bit finicky if they aren't clean or are over lubed, especially the .22 short versions. I use a light coat silicone lube on mine.

Yeah. Cleaned it more than anyone's cleaned it probably too.

I'm triyng to find out which way the trigger spring goes now.  I took a look at it and it seems to be slightly bent and I'm thinking it might be the cause of some problem.  I just don't remember which way it went in.
