Has anyone seen the 10-22 FN PS90 conversion using an airsoft FN stock? I was wondering if anyone has done this and if the 10-22 mag. rifle would work? How much different in width and length is the mag's reciever? I would also appreciate any information on this conversion with the standard 10-22 reciever.
Thanks, Buffhunter |
| Ive done one, and it works quite well. trigger sucks and it is made out of some cheapo plastic. Alot of grinding and trial and error. I was really bored with the 10/22 and wasnt about to drop 1500 on a real ps90 so I did the airsoft thing, then put a fake eotech on it( it sucks also). I epoxied a block of wood to one side of the shell and drilled a hole in it so I could use the stock bolt. The guy on youtube didnt really mount his in solid and you could see it moving around in the shell. Mine is really solid.I also epoxied a 22 casing to the original trigger and used a welding rod to link up the triggers. It works and the kids like shooting it and its cheap. Im not sure the dimensions on a 22mag but I wouldnt think it would be any bigger. |

There is a guy on RFC making his own bullpup stocks for a 10/22. Its expensive, but looks well made and looks great. I would love to get one in my hands and see how it feels. http://rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=286787 |
