I had that problem with my friend's Model-60. His bolt got stuck back because of the massive amount of fouling the previous owner left behind in it (never cleaned it once).
I poured some Hoppes No. 9 in the action and let it sit there for 30 minutes while I cleaned the other parts. It was still stuck after that, but I could get a flathead screwdriver behind the bolt and pry it forward. Once you get it out, be sure to scrub the entire receiver and bolt with a toothbrush and Hoppes No. 9 then whipe down to get rid of the left over solvent. Be sure to oil it well when you reinstall. |

I would just spray in out with gunscrubber or the cheapest break cleaner you can find then lightly oil with Rem oil. That is exactly what will cause the issue again in the future. I found the Model 60 and Winchester 190 like a thin coat of CLP and wipe off, dry. Anything sticky will attract powder residue and dirt to gum it all up again. If the bolt is stuck in the back of the receiver, a slight nudge w/ a screw driver at the rear of the bolt will free it. you can also try lifting the front of the bolt from the ejector slot. Another good cleaner/lube for the 2 mentioned is FP10. |

Did you try pulling out the charging handle?
On the model 60 you can manually lock the bolt back by pulling the charging handle back and pushing it in. Retract and pull out to release. On the charging handle there should be a arrow engraved pointing towards the bolt and some grooves to give you a grip when unlocking. |
