Can a .22 CB Short be used in a .22 rifle or handgun? I'm assuming it can but I'm not sure what all it can be used in. My guess is that it works in a manual loading gun like a bolt rifle or revolver, or does it work in semis too? Thanks.

It will fire no problem. Just be sure it exits the barrel. It will have a hard time feeding from magazines but will do fine in a revolver and with lever actions and bolt actions that can feed shorts, longs and long rifles. Semis wont cycle it.

I'm sure it'll exit the barrel though. I've shot a good bit of Aguila Colibri and Super Colibri from several rifles (including single loading it in a semi), and I've never had one of those stick in a barrel, so since the CB shorts are somewhat more powerful than the Colibri, I'm sure they'll do just fine.

Don't forget the cb longs. They may feed better in repeater.

+1 To that. And they really don't seem louder from what I can remember.

Yep sixpack is correct a CCI CB SHORT AND CCI CB LONG have the same velocity most semi-auto still wont cycle them but you can manually cycle them. They are aloy of FUN.
