Around a year ago I got into shooting with a m91/30. My next gun was a Rem700 30.06. After that came the WASR. Now I think I may have gone in the wrong order Because I'm just now maybe wanting a 22 rifle. I have lots of bad habits that I'm having a hard time sorting out and I think a 22 might be a good way to help.

Need recommendation for a fairly cheap-accurate rifle for this purpose. I like the idea of a bolt action as well. Whats a good used price on a CZ ?

I have been over to rimfire central

I like the CZ's too. Do you want to have just a scope, or irons too?

Here are a couple you might like:

I'm sure you'll be happy with just about anything they make.

ANy recommendations for a budget priced bolt? I would like one with irons I guess but ready to attach scope...

Savage? Marlin? ANything I should avoid? I'd really like to get a plinking set up for under 200$ if possible. I know ill get what I pay for, but this gun would be mainly a plinker, and thats okay.

I just bought a Marlin 925M .22 magnum. They have a good reputation for being accurate and inexpensive. The Marlin .22lrs are good too.....

since you have already been to rimfire central, ask many questions in the various forums,

CMP still has some H&R M12's and they are great bolt guns, (single shots)

$229+shipping,

CZ 452-2E ZKM

That's the trainer model. Military style iron sights, grooved reciever for scope mounting. They currently retail new for about $225 from what I've heard, mine is old- they were in the $180's then.

Here's what I have on layaway to get out in the next week.  Whittakers has it for $312.

CZ 452 Silhoutte 22LR

Nice "tactical" look to it.

Just throwing another option at you.
