[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which starter?

I want a 10/22 for christmas. I've looked at the walmart ones because they're cheap. I want to replace the stock and the barrel (hopefully suppressed) for sure and upgade the trigger. Should I just stick to the cheapest? Here's my options. Will I have any problems with any of these with the upgrades mentioned?

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah.

Trust me you'll need the extra money to pay for that 10/22 addiction. A trigger upgrade is a MUST with that gun. If I had more $$$ I'd drop a Match Kit in there but what can ya do?

if you're going to build one check around at pawn shops and for sale ads in newspapers. decent used ones can be bought for $100.
