Wish I could speak on the modem 64 but I can't. However, I own a Savage .22 *Model 30G Stevens Favorite*. It's a single shot falling block and FAR AND AWAY the most accurate 22 I've ever shot bar none. The thing can't miss. Far better than tricked out Ruger 10/22's I'll tell ya that much. With iron sights I could probably blow away ScopeBoyz and their 10/22's. Anyway, all that means is I think Savage Arms make a good product.
