| I am getting a Mayflower APC for my brother. He is 5'7, around 130lbs with 30 inch waist. Can anyone recommend what size cummerbund to get. I believe the small is what i need to get? Also, he plans to add soft armor inserts in the cummerbund. |

Make sure you measure (or geusstimate if it's a gift) at the Navel, not the waist/ pant size. We get returns all the time because of the wrong area being measured. I don't handle returns so it doesn't bug me but it is annoying for somebody excited about getting their armor.

All of the above plus... You're bro is not by chance an LEO - and planning to throw the APC over top of soft body armor? If so size up. My APC has a small/med cummerbund and it's maxed out w a concealable vest underneath. If he's not wearing soft armor, I can't imagine a size small NOT working. But follow SKD's advice on the measuring tape. Good luck w the search. |
