| I have an Integrated Ballistic Helmet from ILc Dover. I know these were issued in very small quantity to certain Tier-1 groups in the early '90's (only 7** made), but I wanted to toss it out there to see if anyone had any additional info about it for me. I'll probably sell it sometime in the future, and would like to be as informed as possible. Has anyone seen one for sale recently? Any idea on values? Any additional info? |

No, haven't seen one for sale recently.
Idea on value: Probably not as much as previous years when all we had were the MICH and PASGT but putting it on eBay would give it good exposure. Maybe to a collector perhaps it will be worth a chunk but now a days I think helmets and the tech going into them has reduced the value of older helmets for the average user. I've heard the protection level is less than IIIA. Not sure if this is true. If you're interested in getting rid of it in the future PM me a price. I may be interested. |
| It does not have to coms equipment, but is in good shape overall. I'll try to get some pics up soon. According to a gentleman who used to wear one of these, what I have is lacking the coms equipment, but has the correct NOD mount on it. Like I said, I'll try to get pics up soon, until then, Pm me, and I can text them to you! |
