Are the FLC vests really "one size fits all"? Hate to buy one online, seeing it was meant for a dwarf. LOL

The usgi flc is adjustable but the waist adjustment can be a pain in the ass

check out the above thread.

but to answer your question - i'm 6'2", and about 270, and there is still a TON of adjustment in both directions. And the belt adjustment isnt hard at all.

Thanks guys. I am not that big (6' 220), but I have apretty big chest, and just didn't know if there were "sizes", that were meant for little people. Thanks again.

And I'm 5'6 150 pounds and I still have adjustment the other way

You should have no problem. The FLC vests were intended to fit over outer, winter garments, so there is a LOT of room there, unless you are exceptionally huge.

I served with a few tubby guys and they managed to get them on zipped up over thier ibas

LMAO! The fat man squad. I'm not a girl with a "good personality", to speak, actually just big framed, and pretty muscular. Before reading some, I was concerned that there were sizes that were meant for guys built like a highschool kid.
Apparently, they are pretty well adjustable, which is good.

Thanks guys for the help! I ordered a couple to get set up, and should have them pretty quickly.
