[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Filbe disappointment

Loaded up my brand new filbe to go winter camping. Put it on to take it out to the car and popped the stitch holding the female buckle for the left shoulder load stabilizer. Is that something eagle can take care of or should I keep my eyes open on eBay for a new shoulder strap assembly?

I would at least send them an email they may be willing to take care of it, I've never had any problems with their gear though.

There was a known issue with some of the early models of FILBE shoulder straps/load-lifter straps, and a fix was issued for the Marines using them. Later model shoulder straps were made slightly differently.
