I posted a question over in the handgun section I figured I would post it over here also.  I just bought a Xds, I have the PA permit and I used to carry a P226 when I left the state and could carry. now that I have a smaller pistol and I am looking at the incog holster. I need a belt, do I wear my normal belt and a different one over it? I really like these but I have no idea what I am really looing for I just used a Serpa holster OWB and wore a large t-shirt.

i use this one for my XDS

wasn't about to spend $80 bucks on a belt, maybe a "battle belt" with pad and everything but not something to just hold my pants up and a single firearm up with, above is $10 and is the "black hawk"  CQB belt shipped directly from the manufacture.

Wilderness. I have a Florida and carry a glock 26 out of state in warm weather. And a fullsize 1911 in the colder months. The belt is the shit!! Check it out. Also if you get up to Richmand. Kellys Leather will make you a gun belt for about 50 bucks. At least thats the estimate she gave me.

i'm open carrying for the most part with a a safari-land holster, the belt has been holding up great, i wear it everyday now regardless if I'm carrying or not,  i cannot really comment on the IWB holsters or concealed carry side of things as i'm waiting for my re-issue to arrive in the mail early next month.

belt is 1.5 inches wide with alum buckles and velcro on the bit that folds back, the alum cross block can can fall out under certain circumstances, other than that it has been great and despite teh lack of padding i don't really see the $60~75 price difference between the two, if you want to know more about it look for reviews on the "blackhawk cqb belt".

Richmond....My spell check is weak. 12 and 173 if that helps. If you ride a motorcylce you owe it to yourself to find Kellys

Are you looking for just a good stiff carry belt or more "tactical" belt type?  If your looking for a normal looking belt that's stiff and can easily support a firearm this is what I wear everyday and worth every penny. http://www.comp-tac.com/product_info.php?products_id=43

I've been using a 5.11 double duty belt for the past few months.  They're available in 1.5 and 1.75 inch.  Works just fine for me.
