Hope this is the right place...
I'm looking for a relatively cheap (or good value) tactical light for use in IDPA that is at least over 150 lumens, uses cr123 batteries, and has a switch or twist ring to cycle between the low, high and strobe modes. Does something like this exist? TIA |

4sevens quark tactical. You twist the bezel to switch between whatever 2 modes you choose/ program in. This is more like what I am looking for, thank you. I have used a Streamlight Pro-Tac 2, I think, and it is great, but I hate that tapping system to switch modes. Although it is interesting that I could just leave it on high, which may be perfect for what I need to use it for. |

I keep them around for non-tactical use. I daily carry the quark as I can leave it in strobe for when I grab it in a hurry, or give it a twist and use it for EDC tasks. |

I really like the Fenix LD10 but it takes AA. Looks similar to this: http://www.amazon.com/Fenix-Flashlights-PD30R5-PD30-Flashlight/dp/B004DQYH3S/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1367589647&sr=1-1&keywords=fenix+pd2 |
