Anyone using one of these? How do you like it?

I assume you are talking about the ETA Trauma Kit.

I am a big fan of mine!
I (thankfully) haven't had to use mine yet but I have it attached to a warbelt with the molle-locks.
That makes it easily removable from the belt setup to more easily access everything.
As for the contents, everything has a purpose and there isn't a bunch of extra crap.
It took me a few tries to get everything fitting in the pouch "comfortably" but it all fits well.

Do you have any specific questions about it?

I just got the Fatboy a week ago. I got it packed but haven't get to run it yet on my PC. It is a badass pouch. I'll post pics later and a little review.

I got it to try out in place of the HSGI blowout pouch I have. I was thinking the Tallboy maybe to tall for where I mounted it. I may get one later to try out when I get a new chest rig.

Thanks for the info! Do you have the Fatboy or the Tallboy?

Also, how do you like the molle stix/locks? Can you get the pouch off your belt easily? How about putting it back on?

Thanks again!!

I can work on the same here in a bit
Molle-sticks are awesome very easy to
get on and off.

Here is a video showing the Molly-Stix

ETA:  I have the fatboy from before they had the two versions... I don't think there are any differences.

Excuse the pics but I'm not stick or mm. Later I'll probably add to this post or put up a new post.

I got mine in multicam. They come in different colors. It takes up to 3 columns of pals/molle and 3 rows high. It has velcro on the lid and the multicam version is matched. It has a red velcro one wrap on the pull handle to mark as IFAK so it is removable if you want. It also comes with a med PVC patch. The velcro is quality shit. There is pals channel on the back in the center so you can tuck some shears in there.

The flap is held shut with the zippers. It also has hook and loop on the flap and lid to hold it shut but allows you to pull the handle open it.

Here is the Fatboy attached to the PC. I run it on the cummerbund. I can access the TQ and the contents with either hand.

Here is a pic of the side so you can see the pals/molle webbing I mentioned.

The TQ can be mounted on either side no problem.

On the other side I have a rescue hook. This can be used for about anything when needed.

To access the contents just pull the handle and bamm. It uses shock cord on a ladder like system so you can configure it to your preference. It is adjusted by a cord lock. There are pockets in the wings or flaps on each side. There is also another main rear pocket.

Here are the contents spilled out. I have a IZZY, 2 pairs of gloves in baggie. compressed H&H bandage. some 4x8 bandages/kerlix to supplement the other bandages on the main flap. I have a NPA in the side flap and a orange marker in the other. I have another IZZY and a small roll of medical tape in the rear main pocket. I may add a chest seal or 2 later.
Don't forget the TQ, shears, and rescue hook.

Overall the pouch is quality made. The only one thing I have a problem with is trying to get it adjusted right and not have the outside look like a lemon face or sucked in neden.
It is just when getting it adjusted and the cord is a little short. If the cord was a longer by 2-3" it would be better.

I'll probably get the Tallboy when I get a new chestrig because I sold my old rig. If I do I'll probably go over it.

It is good to carry one but let us hope you never have to use it.

ETA: I need to get some of those molle stix to try out. SKD doesn't carry them.

Since I know everyone already has a raging hardon for the inclusion of their precious NPA, can I please plead with you people to also throw a face shield (aka pocket face mask for CPR) in there as well.
maintaining a patent airway on an unconscious patient is all awesome and everything but if and when you do die on me and that whole pesky respiration deal starts to become an issue, if I don't have my kit or my keychain I'd really like to be able to get some air down your throat, not really as cool as an NPA turst me I know I do it on myself every chance I get, but that whole pesky pulmonary resuscitation thing really can be pretty important.

also if we wanna talk realistic needs for a few seconds, some tagaderms, a set of steri-strips, pen light, marker, maybe some dermabond or crazy glue, 500 mg aspirin (especially for you GD guys),  a tiny laminated business card that indicates nka or otherwise, someone you would want me (a bystander or fellow shooter) to call.

While my it's fatboy is IMHO the best ifak I have owned or used thus far, I have to say that the molle stix seem dumb. They don't run all the way though the bottom, and while, hooray the shit comes off quick......it doesn't go on any faster than a fabric or malice clip. So I don't get it. Maybe I could throw my ifak to somebody else? Nah, ill hang onto it.

I picked up a pair of the molle stix to use with an eagle IFAK and thought the same thing. I don't know if it would make it any more secure if they were another inch or two longer but they would at least sit behind that last row of pals webbing and I'd feel more warm and fuzzy if it.

I did think the stix weaved through a lot easier than malice clips. They are a lot more rigid so it was faster.

The deal breaker for me is they aren't working in my application. IFAK on a vest at 4-5 o'clock. I ran a length of cord between them. The angle of the pull is off enough it won't put enough force to break them loose.
