Who hear has one, and what do you like/dislike about it?

I do and I've worn it every day for about a year now. What I like about it is the fact that the stiffness enables me to carry a loaded 1911, 40oz all day with no sagging, or discomfort.
As far as dislikes, to be perfectly honest I can't think of any.
