I don't like having a rifle and no good way to carry spare mags.
I'm looking for a simple chest rig for some G3 mags, does not need to be a plate carrier or anything other than pouches for 3-6 mags. I would like to spend less than a hundred bucks, OD or Ranger green work best in my area. Thanks! |

First off, you may be hard pressed to do it for $100.
TT Mav with an ATS 7.62 triple shingle I'd also throw on a HSGI bleeder on there. I like to have an IFAK on all my gear. |

Great piece of gear but that configuration is going to be double his stated price range. Worth every penny IMO though.

If purchased from TSSI, a $30 Super FLC vest (basically an enhanced version of the GI MOLLE FLC), and the desired number of $3.50 ea. M-4 Direct Action single mag pouches (will fit H+K mags, some tight pouches will not) will make budget and give good service.

Discontinued items made for BAE/SDS (USGI equip contractors) in Vietnam long ago. You are sending money to the vendor, not the Viets. Most colors available for both items. If you don't like that option, buy appropriate item from SKD. Might not make budget, but you will get good gear from them. |

i stuff ar10 mags mags into one of these eagle universal rigs..ak mags work in them too.
