Interceptor OTV conversion > Tactical Gear

I am looking at a conversion online to change the interceptor OTV from the front crappy front opening to an updated style like the MTV.

Here is what Im talking about

Does anyone have a review or thoughts on this or something like it?

A few years ago I had one of their carriers without the cummerbund, with just two side buckles. I really liked it, it had a central divider that held the two front panels in place so they did not shift inside the carrier at all and it was very sturdy.

I have one of the DBT conversions for my OTV. They are pretty nice (BCS makes awesome stuff too). If you dont like side opening vests or want a true cummerbund the conversions can be pretty good ways to go. The color availability is nice as well. Mine is a bit overly built though. But it should last a long time given that fact.

Are there any other companies that make similar products? I will probably go with a BCS when it comes time to upgrade my otv, but I was wondering if there are any other options.

I think TAG Spartan / Spartan II will work.

I have tried to find the Spartan II, all I find online are reviews. It looks like what I want, I just cant find a place to buy it. Does anyone have this in stock?

Pretty sure it (the Spartan I ) has been discontinued. Occasionally they pop up on Ebay. OP Tactical might have some Spartan II's

I can't find the Spartan II anywhere online. I guess I'll just have to keep an eye on the EE. Most of them there will probably already have the IBA inserts though. How do they sell these things if they aren't online anywhere?

They are out of production. Call Tactical Assault Gear, maybe they have one in the warehouse.

Tactical Assault Gear wasn't the manufacturer, it was the other TAG, Tactical Applications Group.

OP, if you want a Diamondback Tactical Predator carrier with cummberbund for the OTV interceptor let me know, I think I have a spare one in medium coyote in storage, and will sell it for a reasonable price.

Nope. Medium and large in coyote only. If you want a spartan II you just have to email them and they will send you an invoice.

I have one of the BCS rigs and it's gtg. I like it a lot and I like dealing with them. I had them do something custom for me and even with a large FBI order they were wrapping up, they still got mine out to me in like 10 days or so.
