I was just given one of these packs, Is anyone using them? I think it would make a good Bug out bag, fold out pocket panels, I only wish it had one covered in molle, may try to modify one. would allow me to put some mag pouches in it. Or another general use pouch instead of the mesh pockets it has already.

are you talking about the big square one that comes with 8 "molle pouches". Has a cover that is buckled shut, has clear plastic on the underside, has two fold out sheets with two mesh pockets each, and 4 internal mesh pockets?

If so, it's what I have. IMO for me, it lacks internal organization (to my liking) and is to bulky. I'm in love with the m9 bags, but can not justify $180+ just to replace it. I have my "hardware" in four pockets on the exterior (stethoscope, BP cuff, Thermometer, and Laryngoscope). The first fold out page is dedicated to Burn supplies and gauze. The second page is dedicated to hemorrhage control. One of the internal pockets is dedicated to OPAs and NPAs, another IV supplies. The one I have has another "insert" on the bottom that holds three bags of fluid. That's where I keep my bags.

I have a Tactical Tailor M9 bag. I couldn't be happier. I'm going to move things like airway devices and Israeli bandages to external pockets to free up some more space on the inside, though. Do you have a reference to what you are talking about?

I would also like to see the bag.  I am using and old schoold bag in woodland for my tac med bag and for the stuff I carry its on the small side.  I like the black hawk stomp2.  Couple guys run the M9 as mentioned above.  There is another one from BDS but its on the pricey side.

How well does it piggyback onto the molle main pack, does anyone have the rest of the system to show pics of?

I have the same exact pack but in woodland. Looks like everything is there.

it comes with it's own shoulder straps. I couldn't begin to tell you how to attach it to the molle main pack.

Care to share your source?  I'd love one in woodland.
