Hey guys!

I'm in contact with a company that is willing to manufacture soft armor
inserts according to my personal specs, I need some for a Cummerbund.

Now, that got me thinking...they could also make an insert that's 30x4"
as an insert for a Battle belt (Blast Belt)...or better, two 10x3.5" and one 10x5"
...something along these lines, at least.
Is there any good quality Battle Belt with removable Padding available??

Sounds like you're trying to reinvent the Crye Blast Belt. You can also get similar belts from EASI Armor out of Oregon, I have one and I like it well enough. A little taller than the Crye one, so if you have a short torso you might be better off with theirs.
