There are several good kits on the market right now but what level of training you currently have will also come into play.

How in depth of a kit are you looking for?

What's wrong with your issue kit?   They're not at all lacking (well, ok, ask your medic for a pair of shears) and honestly, you probably want to have a kit the rest of your squad knows all about if YOU need it.  If you are looking for an 'extra' one, for use when you're not in full battle rattle, if you're a CLS, you need a CLS bag, and your medic should be able to get you one of those too - though I understand they're getting rid of the IV set, it still should have a couple of everything else.  Maybe I am confused about exactly when you will be wearing/carrying this.

Hey man, another 31B here as well.

Honestly I would just try and scrounge another IFAK and run it.  If you are looking for something a bit smaller you could take the issue contents and throw them in a Blue Force Gear or RSKTKR Medical (little bit of bias there haha) pouch.

If it is for personal use here stateside I would suggest dropping a few items (NPA, needle for chest decompression), swapping a  couple of items out (I prefer the Oales bandage to the Izzy), and picking up a small CPR mask.   But take advantage of what you have at your disposal between supply and your company medics as much as you can.
