Just saw this recently....looks like a pretty damn good holster, one of those "why the hell didn't I think of that" ideas.  Hard to tell from the pictures, but the only concern I would foresee would be retention if the closure system isn't pretty stout.  It can mount on belts or molle, cant adjustable, and supports pretty much any light mounted on the weapon.  Right now only available for glocks though.

I have two. One for my Warbelt and one for my truck/regular belt.

The retention is plenty secure. The snap on the closure is secure enough that it won't just pop open but it will disengage with a reasonable amount of force from your middle finger.

With the flap open, the gun is still pretty secure but could fall out with a decent bump. It is designed so that only a torquing motion will release the pistol from the Clip.

This video illustrates the operation pretty well:

Obviously it is quite different and takes a bit of getting used to, but after dry/live fire practice I am just as fast as I was with my old SERPA and I like the Gun Clip much better.

Mine is for a Glock 19 (TLR-1S) but it also fits and functions with my Glock 26.

I am really hoping for a lefty version to be released.

I may have to try this out. I like how it fits several different models instead of being specific to one pistol.

It's definitely different & takes some getting used too . I ran it at IPSC & was having some issues re holstering in a timely manner .

I'll agree with this. When it comes to re-holstering, sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't. I guess A LOT of practice could fix this. It can be done one handed but every now and then it takes a bit of trial and error to get it lined up.

How is it in regards to the possibility of something intruding into the trigger guard?  That is probably my biggest concern running a Glock.

With the flap open, likely/possible. With the flap closed, highly unlikely/improbable. It closes around the trigger guard pretty closely on the open side and it is basically sealed on the side closest to the belt.

Go HERE and scroll down to almost the end. There are some good pictures and a review.

For me, the advantage does not outweigh having to relearn my drawstroke.

I use an IWB for my G19+TLR1 and I'm happy with it. But so long as folks are safe when drawing / reholstering, it is an interesting option for OWB carry with lights, etc.

So this thing is non gun-specific? Would it work with a 1911 or M9?

No, it's only for Glocks at the moment. It just isn't specific per each model of Glock. It will fit 17, 19, 22, 23 , and 26.

Do they time re-holstering?

Is there a prize?

Nah it's just kinda a pita when it takes a dude longer to holster than it does to shoot some stages

And per stage you shoot once, holster twice

Is something actually inside the trigger guard when holstered?
