Long story short, I am thinking of upgrading from my issue Level II vest to Level IIIA.
I'd get the department to pay for an upgrade, but I'm not due for a new vest for two years.
I have my Second Chance panels inside of a TT LPAC, and figured it might be better to have a bit more coverage/protection, especially since I no longer need to worry about concealable body armor.

The site seems pretty legitimate, but I'm looking for feedback from people more in the know than myself.

Tactical Tailor was just down the street when I lived in Washington. They make some OK stuff. It's very well made but the designs are rarely enlightened.

Really, I thought they are some of the people involved in the zylon debacle.

This is good news to me.  Another reputable manufacturer to consider.

Man, I'm gonna have to start writing this stuff down so I can keep all the players straight.

I'm issued Armor Express soft armor and plates at work.  I know quite a few other LE agencies use it and I believe they supply to some .mil as well.
