If you look around you will find that they have a very and I very bad reputation. In my opinion I would stay away from them. I would think about it twice before I would spend money and or your time to deal with them. Also look them up on the BBB or just type into Google Botach problems or Customer issues you will see for your self. But it is your call. good luck |

I've only ever used them once, and, coincidentally, it was to buy some of those closeout camelbacks.
The order went through without a hitch, the stuff showed up in a prompt manner, and all three camelbacks looked new and had all the tags on. Not sure what else to expect. |

I've placed two orders with them and had them shipped to my deployed location overseas. They arrived quickly.
Seeing other's bad exeperience makes me think mine could have just been good luck. On that basis alone, I won't order from them again. It's too much of a risk. |
| I currently have an open order with them for an Acog I orderd in April. Haven't gotten it yet. It was backorderd and I am fine with that, but they have horrible time frames. They told me 4 weeks in April. I emailed and called in june to make sure I was still going to get it, and they told me 3-4 more weeks. Now july with no updates. I guess I gotta stay on top of them |
| I have placed about half a dozen orders with them and have not had a problem yet. Shipping takes exactly how long they advertised for the items I purchased which were all in stock and with me being on the east coast and them west I think that is pretty good. The place they kinda get you is in order processing. That may take a day or two and is not figured into shipping times. Everthing I have gotten has been new and good condition. |

The teeth grinder is they are STILL available for order (no designation they aren't in stock) and still ON SALE with the opportunity to use a discount code!! A year ago I returned a defective item. It was only $18 but it was never credited. After 2 months of jacking with it I gave up. However: I did order a few T-Shirts they had on Closeout and I got those with no delay. Bottom line is they are a crap shoot. If you really want to POTENTIALLY save some money and in no hurry it could be worthwhile. From were I stand they are like a bigger version of I.C.E. I've only had two minor problems with them sending me the wrong goods in the same order. I ordered a reversed flag patch, but they sent me one facing forward, and I ordered a +2 baseplate for my G17, but they sent me one for a G34. In another order they advertised that a Safariland 6004 would fit my G17 with an X400, but it didn't. |

Botach sucks ass. I have had a horrible time with them. The backordered my item that they told me was in stock. Then I called to cancel it and they sent me an email that it was canceled. Well three months later they recharge my credit card trying to send me the item. I told them I had canceled it and I had to email them their original email to prove it.
A month later, they charged me again, so I canceled my credit card and got a new number just to stop their fraud. |
| ha! first few orders went through no problem. ordered some super sale items and thats where the shenanigans started. Several co workers had the same experience- we would compare stories about the woman in customer service then about getting transferred to the guy in the "warehouse" who would say " i just made up your order". had a laugh when we google street viewed the location, right next to the hair place... great when it works, not worth it cuz you can never tell when they will screw up. BTW- every order had something missing- they still owe me some rail covers, which I will leave as my buyer beware lesson... stay away if you can, they are just some horrible reseller who somehow stumbled across a customer base... |
| They are not good people. Ask ikickhippies how he feels about them. Long story short. An arfcommer designs a sling mount, sells it himself for a year then botach asks for a sample because they would like to order 500 or so. Three months later they start producing a complete knock-off. Thats f-ed up.F BOTACH |

I WILL say that' I've purchased three times from Botach without issues, however each were rather small orders around fifty dollars or so each. They've always stuck me as the Big Lots/Odd Lots or Ollies of the random tactical stuff. it seems to me that they come across closeouts and odd lots from other places and (like someone said above) just resells at a discount. SOOOOO, when they have a product in stock it's not a problem, but the second they run out, well, they run the hell OUT.
The issue seems to be that they won't just come out and TELL folks that! If they would just say "Hey, we're probably not going to have anymore of product X, at least any time soon, so here's your money back.", their rep would be just fine. |

if i remember one of the other threads about this correctly, their store front is a pawn shop in a crappy neighborhood in LA....
i too have been ripped off by botach. same problem as everyone else. ordered, charged, items didn't ship for months, crappy commo, tried to cancel order, money not refunded, items randomly showed up...just happy i have something to show for the trouble... |
