Can anyone recommend a good belt holster for a multi tool? Something from eagle, tactical tailor, etc?

ETA: I'm calling it a holster lol, I guess it's called a sheath, or pouch

ETA2: I bought the maxpedition after doing some research if yall wanted to know :)

I have the Maxpedition ones. They do just fine for a Leatherman and a Surefire. They seem a little bulkier than necessary, though.

Single pouch here.

HSGI single pistol mag pouch works great for that, and it has a buckle so you know its not going anywhere. good great gear, site sponsor... whats not to like? just keep it away from your actual pistol mags

I run a variety of the Gerber tools, and I'll second the HSGI single pistol mag pouch.

Buckle and velcro fastening - after all, you never know when you're gonna have to jump (off of the couch) and bombproof as are most things HSGI.

I got mine from Aimless as part of the Xmas exchange many years back. Thanks, man.

Sucks when you shove a multitool up your glock...

That sounds kinda kinky...

The HSGI looks like it's molle, will that fit securely onto a web belt with no molle panels?

Padded knife sheath from countycomm.  Works on belt or molle, and they are like 10 bucks.  Real hard to beat, I've got two of them.

Multi tools frequently come with a purpose built sheath.

I have a couple 2 pistol magazine pouches.  1 on my left side (easy to get to with my free hand) for actual magazines and 1 on my right side for flashlight and multi-tool.

They do, but they're usually not very tacticool.

Actually, I'm pretty hard on belt pouches, and I wrecked the one that came with my Leatherman. I bought a Max because I had a versipack for a diaper bag and my experience was pretty good.

Yes, but the belt loop on the basic stock ones they come with is very small, for maybe a 1-1.25" belt. My web belt is 2" and has buckles on both sides, theres no way that stock pouch is sliding onto it, so I went with an adjustable aftermarket solution.

I use the one for my Gerber Flik on my duty uniform (with some subtle sharpie mods). But most of the included holsters won't fit MOLLE or a 2 1/4" duty belt w/o an adapter.
