1. Buy a local DOD bunker left over from the '50s and '60s. (This is a real structure I'm thinking about.)
2. Refurbish the interior. Install cameras & other motion sensitive devices. 3. fill with food, weps, etc. 4. BIG gasoline tanks. Fill 'em. 5. BIG propane tanks. Ditto. 6. Tons of food & water. |

5000 acres of arable land, small, walled city (parabolic stress concrete construction), 5000 sq ft keep, couple hundred of my closest, most trusted friends, armory to rival a small central american nation, 20,000 gal underground diesel six or eight medium sized tractors and assorted farming equipment, 400 head of cattle, fifty or sixty good horses and ancillary equipment.
