I'm looking for a fairly small backpack with a hydration system. It just needs to hold a couple AR mags, Spare parts, multitool etc. I would like it to be multicam but I can live with tan. Anyone got any recommendations?

Voodoo  makes a couple different small hydro packs. A buddy of mine has the Merced pack and it looks to be built pretty well. I'll be buying one in the next weeks for sure.
