First off, extremely fast shipping on in stock items (all items I ordered were in stock). I placed an order on Friday, and received it on Monday morning. That is the absolute fastest shipping I have ever seen. Second, I made a mistake with my order. Not only was the customer service agent extremely polite, patient, informative and ready to correct the problem that I created, she gave me a discount on my replacement product so that I wouldnt have to pay for shipping twice. Remember, I am the one who ordered the wrong product!

I have purchased a bunch of pouches from DBT over time and everything from them has been truly top rate gear with excellent customer service. I needed a couple of pieces last minute for a, then, upcoming job so I called to make sure they had everything in stock. They didn't but after explaining the situation they had their head seamstress throw it together as a rush build and had it shipped out in a day, to me in 3, and in use in a shit hole 3rd world country by the beginning of the next week. DBT is one of the best companies with the best people and prices out there.
