I have, and love, this pack.  However, I have never used it for holding a bladder so I decided to check it out and I'm a little stumped.

I see where the hose goes through the top, but I don't see what to do with the bladder once it's in the bag.

Is it not supported by anything, or am I missing something here?

it justs rests in there.  Mine stays relatively cold, except what is in the tube, even after a good while...

No, you are not missing anything.  I sewed a loop into mine.

I just put mine in the frame sheet pocket.

No.  Just took some binding tape I had, folded in half lengthwise, sewed it to the top seam in the middle.

Joker,  I put mine in the framesheet pocket, too.  But as the water drains, it collapsed onto itself worse than a fat kid after working out with Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies....

And for some reason this really annoys me, hence my desire to fix it.  I figure the whole system will probably work better with a little structure.
