So whats the story with this brand? I figured if anyone knew it would be here. :) I was looking at the shooting mat/case here shooting bag, yea I know its CTD

Well, I have their double rifle bag and I like it. I'm not a door kicker, but my rifle bag gets toted all over the damn place, in and out of cars, range, classes, deer lease, etc. It's been tossed in the truck, fallen out of the same truck, carried 2 M4geries, and 8 loaded mags at the same time. In other words, it aint babied...it's held up fine. NO stitching has pulled, the MOLLE webbing is still attached, and the zippers ... uh, zip.
For what it's worth, I'd buy another if I needed it. ka |

There are double gun 5.11 bags for roughly the same price on la police gear....
( I live 4 miles from CTD...) The modgear is TRASH The Fox stuff is TRASH Voodoo is not too bad made a bit better. UTG is hit or miss Condor is along the lines of Voodoo Anyway just a rundown on the cheaper brands that Ive noticed... However TAG gear (tactical assault group), And eagle are good places to start, Also Tac Tailor, SKD, HSGI, Etc are all fine brands ... The difference is light years... Better to buy once and buy right and have something that will pass down to the kids than last 5 years then fall apart... just my .02 cents |
